I am a photographer living and working in the Hudson Valley.

I came to photography through Alder & Co., the shop I co-founded sixteen years ago. Over those years, I have explored and played with it around the world, meeting artists, designers, makers, characters, strangers and creatures that inspire me.

I love seeing someone from behind the camera. I love making a photograph that catches something particular to them, something they might recognize later as a glimpse of themselves.

I photograph people in their places. I collect, travel, experience, wander. I like looking into eyes. And into the sea and sky.
